Stemming from the agricultural and wine environment, I am especially a man of ground.

Holder of the National Diploma of Oenologist and of the Master's degree of Wine Estates Administrator (ENITA Bordeaux), I possess a double competence : technical and administrator.
In 15 years of professional life, I managed several wine properties in various regions of production.
In 2005, with the creation of antajan-conseil, I developed the traceability software "Carnets d'Origine" (Books of Origin)
