A regulatory requirement ...   To keep the confidence of customers ...   The wine market is changing ...

Traceability is a regulatory requirement since January 2005 for all farms and vineyards .
if a problem appears on a product, traceability can be traced back to the source and the rejected batch can be remove from the consumer.

Specifications are becoming more numerous . Legitimate requirements but difficult to effectively satisfy . However, to ensure transparency is the necessary condition to maintain the confidence of its customers.

The wine market is changing and becoming more demanding. When the buyer (importer, wholesaler, ...) has a choice between two equivalent offers wine, he retain the one with the "+ winners" : traceability and reactivity .
