Les Carnets d'Origine (Books of Origin)
They resume the principle of different books that can exist on a farm (in the vineyard, the cellar, packaging, shipping) . They consist of 4 groups of books :
- the Vines books
- the Winery books
- the Packaging books
- the Shipping books
By simple click on the map you have access to the descriptive index cards of the plots, to the list of the works realized and to the list of the used products (preview in french).
Here you manage the list of plots (cadastral and cultural), products (stock and purchases) and work in the vineyard.
The recording of the various works realized in the vineyard is made in a simple and fast way (preview in french).
You have the possibility of creating groups of plots.
All information is already stored and available as drop down menus Data entry is fast.
You register here the contributions of grape harvest, the operations of putting into vats, winemakings, maturing, blending and the list of products incorporated into the wine.
By clicking on the plan of the winery, you have access to tanks, and you can see the level of filling and their contents (preview in french).
You register herethe bottling, the labelling and the picking orders . You manage the filled bottle inventory and the batch numbers (preview in french).
You manage here your customer database and the historic of shipments (bulk or bottles). You can edit delivery slips.
